Join us for a traditional Oktoberfest inspired dinner co-hosted by the lovely and talented Chef Sarah C. of Hottie Dawgs
Inspired by the traditional season of Oktoberfest we're celebrating by serving traditional German cuisine. All of the recipes come from home made, German relatives and friends of Chef Sarah. Join us for the amazing, home-cooked meal your German granny would have made but done is a classy setting with delicious brews.
1ST COURSE: Duo of Obtazda — Two different variations of Obtazda, German cheese spread, served with honey dark wheat bread. Both the cheddar mustard spread and the blue cheese camembert spread will set the tone for this warm and homey German feast.
PAIRED WITH: Kolsch
2ND COURSE: Traditional Roasted Pork — Herb crusted and roasted pork served with braised red cabbage and roasted potatoes are rounded out by the Oktoberfest brew.
PAIRED WITH: Eden's Garden — Rosemary IPA
3RD COURSE: Sauerbraten — This marinated and braised beef roast with buttered spaetzle and red wine gravy is complimented by the Ouranos Brown Ale which enhances the earthiness and warmth of flavors in the dish.
PAIRED WITH: Ouranos — Brown Ale
4TH COURSE: Black Forest Cupcake — This rich chocolate cupcake filled with brandied cherry filling and topped with a light whipped frosting and chocolate shavings is paired with a dessert beer cocktail featuring a cherry amaretto syrup and our Vanilla Stout.
PAIRED WITH: Vanilla Porter and Cherry Beer Cocktail
