Morning Breakout Sessions include: Creating your Action Plan Workbook, Shelter in Place vs Evacuate, Functional Needs Shelter, Financial Preparedness, Emergency Preparedness Technology, and Medical Considerations
Lunch Presentation: "After the Storm: T...ransitioning Back into the Community" presented by the City of Jacksonville's Disabled Services Division and Emergency Management Division, Department of Health, JSO, American Red Cross, JTA, and FEMA.
The Afternoon Session includes a presentation from the Long Term Recovery Organization created after Hurricane Irma.
Each participant will receive a personalized disaster plan workbook and the opportunity to speak with emergency preparedness representatives from both county and state levels.
